Need a vacation?
If you think you need a vacation, you should take one.
Whether you spend a long weekend camping, fly to Mexico for the week, or enjoy a staycation, the time you spend away from work can have invaluable benefits.
On average, people aged 25-54 work 40.5 hours per week, and people over 55 have 38-hour work weeks. If you’re an entrepreneur, you could easily log in 50, 60, or even 70-hour work weeks.
According to a Gallup study, people who “always make time for regular trips” scored a 68.4 on the Gallup-Heathway’s Well-Being Index, compared to the 51.4 of less frequent travelers.
Vacations can also:
Improve your mental and physical health
Increase your motivation
Boost happiness
Decrease burnout
Improve your relationships with family and friends
Anytime I take a few days off to go camping or to visit family, I come back feeling rejuvenated and ready to work.
Sometimes, I even come back with a few new ideas to help clients create freedom, accelerate growth, and maximize profits.
Do you want to know how?
